Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
About the role
The world is rapidly electrifying. New vehicles and energy systems are heavily relying on batteries and require the right solutions to succeed. TWAICE is leading the market of battery analytics solutions with cutting edge and industry-leading technology. As part of our Marketing team, you will be involved on the entire bandwidth of marketing activities. You will work towards our team vision of establishing TWAICE as the global leader and architect of a groundbreaking ecosystem in the battery space as well as accelerating growth by unlocking value and communicating across all stakeholder groups.
Your daily business will involve
- Planning and operational implementation of the marketing measures and campaigns to be carried out in the sense of an integrated marketing approach
- Conceptual development of strategic marketing approaches with core messages and identification of focus topics
- Planning and execution of TWAICE industry events, webinars, and our own conference (TWAICE Vision), also in cooperation with external service providers
- Content marketing (topic identification, accompanying copywriting, search engine optimization and content publishing) and social media marketing
- Proactive consulting on marketing issues, media planning, market and competitor observations, identification of trending topics, analysis and optimization of measures based on defined key figures, budget planning and control
- Creation of marketing materials (online, offline), also in cooperation with external service providers
Your profile
- A good understanding of marketing/demand generation KPIs, including how the inbound and outbound sales funnels are structured
- You combine strategic thinking with creativity and work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
- Cost orientation (getting the maximum impact at the lowest cost)
- Cool head in heated situations and highly stress resistant with a strong capability to prioritize and focus
- Understanding of common SaaS metrics and business logic around Leads/Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities
- Experience in working with Hubspot and with Salesforce beneficial
- You demonstrate empathy and good communication skills in advising various stakeholders
- Maturity, passion, and drive in combination with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and another language is required
- Experience in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
