About the role

TWAICE provides predictive analytics software that optimizes the development and operation of lithium-ion batteries. TWAICE's core technology is the digital twin - software that combines in-depth battery knowledge and artificial intelligence to determine the condition of batteries and predict their aging and performance. 
As a working student, you will assist us in the Battery Quick Check team with various tasks, such as testing electric vehicles, analyzing test results, automating, and processing large amounts of data, and generally determining the health of the battery

Your daily business will involve

  • Support the project team in developing a new product for EV battery certification
  • Coordinate and organize product tests with various EV models
  • Prepare and conduct test drives with EVs 
  • Evaluate and analyze battery measurements from test vehicles and derive the right actions for securing the product quality 
  • Implement analytic algorithms in python and visualize test results
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for vehicle tests
  • Prepare technical demonstrations for customers 
  • Interact with battery engineers and cloud experts for product development

Your profile

  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in engineering, science, computer science or business
  • Experience with data analysis and programming skills in python (pandas, SciPy or Matplotlib)
  • Enthusiasm for electric vehicles  
  • Valid driving license in Germany and confident driver
  • Interest in cloud technologies and AWS environment
  • Experience with IoT is a plus
  • Proactive, positive-minded, solution-oriented mindset
  • Being eager to learn everyday & evolve in a multicultural & challenging environment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Interest in a long-term working-student contract (1 year)
